Return, Refund & Replacement Policy

This policy applies to all purchases made through www.ramaelectronicmart.com and www.ramaonline.in (hereinafter referred to as “the Website(s)”), owned and operated by Rama Electronicmart.

1. Eligibility for Return / Replacement

Returns or replacements are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Product is damaged during transit

  • Product is defective / not functioning at the time of first use

  • Product received is incorrect or different from the order placed

  • Product has missing parts or accessories 

Mandatory Condition:
The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with clear photos or unboxing video proof.

2. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund:

  • Products once installed, used, or altered

  • Products without original box, invoice, warranty card, or accessories

  • Items with tampered or missing serial numbers

  • Products purchased during clearance sale / special discount offers

  • Software, subscriptions, or digital licenses

  • Consumables such as filters, batteries, cables, and accessories unless damaged on delivery

3. Manufacturer Warranty Products

Most electronic products sold on both ramaelectronicmart.com and ramaonline.in are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

  • After delivery acceptance, all warranty-related issues must be resolved directly through the brand’s authorized service centers

  • Rama Electronicmart does not provide direct warranty service or repairs

4. Return / Replacement Process

To request a return or replacement:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  2. Share Order ID, issue details, and photo/video evidence

  3. Our team will review and verify the request

  4. If approved, pickup, replacement, or service assistance will be arranged

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued only if replacement is not possible

  • Refunds are processed to the original mode of payment

  • Processing timeline: 7–10 business days after approval

  • Any delivery, installation, or service charges are non-refundable

6. Delivery Damage & Inspection Policy

  • Customers are advised to inspect the product at the time of delivery

  • Any visible damage must be reported before accepting the delivery

  • Complaints raised after delivery acceptance may not be entertained

7. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch

  • Once the order is dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted

  • Refunds for prepaid cancelled orders will be processed within 5–7 business days

8. Policy Jurisdiction & Rights

  • Rama Electronicmart reserves the right to approve or reject any return, refund, or replacement request after verification

  • This policy may be modified or updated at any time without prior notice

  • All disputes are subject to Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh jurisdiction only
